$5.00 added to monthly dues not paid via "automatic bill pay." Automatic bill pay is to be made via internet banking and or automatic credit card debit authorization. Rental account and dues accounts are separate.
1World Flight Club Bond - $750. Bonds are refunded by 1World Flight Club upon declaration of club exit in ten monthly repayments installments less any expenses owed. Outstanding dues will be deducted from bond at dues rate. Bonds are precondition for overnight rentals and club room key access.
Specials- Conditional to 12 month automatic bill pay agreement effective January 1st to December 31st. Member receives lowered dues rate and reduced rental rate on chosen aircraft. Other aircraft to be rented at full customer rate. Special reverts to Basic on January 1st if not renewed. Student Pilots ineligible for Specials - PPL or higher only.

Fees SUT = Maryland Sales and Use Tax. * Rental accounts credits will be debited $25 a month after 90 days inactivity. ** Renters insurance and bond are required for solo or non-instructional rentals. *** Fuel purchased by renter and debited from bill at KFME fuel rate. **** Cancellations with 24 hour notice or less - $20 fee per hour blocked. ***** One hour instructor time added to each dual flight bill. One half hour instructor time added to dual flight bill to rated flight instructors.

1World Aero & Flight Club Discounts - 1 months dues credited back when flying over 20 hours in a calendar month. Discount on aircraft rental for Mercy Flights, $5 per hour TB9/TB10. $10 per hour PA34.

Candidate Mentoree - To qualify, candidate must be between ages of 18 and 25, attest to desire to become an aviation professional, show proof of part time or better employment, and if employed part time, must show enrollment in in-state public higher education, or full scholarship in private higher education. College graduates must show proof of rent or mortgage obligations. Qualification is also granted to members unable to secure a third class medical. Candidate Mentoree status is considered a privilege maintained at 1World Aero & Flight Club's discretion.
