N E W S 1World Flight Club is looking for aircraft for leaseback operations. Individuals interested in arranging or partnering in a potential leaseback should not hesitate to contact us for further information! Leasebacks are arranged so that after a six month introductory period, 1World Aero & Flight Club either subsidizes or covers the airplane fixed costs with its membership dues. Primary fixed costs are insurance and tie down. The amount that the leaseback owner receives toward fixed costs is proportional to the total dues collected from members for all fleet fixed expenses. Maintenance costs are covered by the hourly rental. Leaseback owners are paid the monthly rental income less maintenance expenses on a monthly basis. 1World Aero has been certified to offer Mid-Atlantic Air Taxi service! 1World Aero is certified for two pilot IFR charter operations. We may also operate with only one pilot in VFR conditions. Our Seneca is typically capable of carrying two passengers IFR on a 200NM leg. Under VFR operations we are able to accommodate up to four passengers on the same 200NM stage, or to go up to 250NM further with fewer passenger.
