THINGS TO AVOID, THINGS TO DO.
507PC Nose tire with bald spot. Mains wheels are for landing - with your nose up and your tail low. This happens when you come in fast and flat. This happens when TB200 and TB20 pilots get into the TB9.
Another view of 7PC nose wheel. Nose wheel landings are likely when pilots fly infrequently or when instructors don't assist with saving a landing.
Please make sure the airworthiness certificate is displayed as in this picture, in front of the Air Frame Manual.
This IS the proper parking arrangement. Most expensive aircraft in front. TB9s in back.
What a post maintenance oil leak looks like after maintenance ground run.
Oil leak slick. Check your parking spot or your run up spot for leaks, with a 90 degree exiting turn, especially after maintenance.
